Reset MFA (2-Step Verification)

  • Click on the ‘Directory’ tab.
    • Click on the 'People' sub tab.
    • Go to the ‘Search’ field.
    • Enter the user’s name or email address.
    • Click on the user's name link.
  • Click the ‘More Actions’ button
    • Click 'Reset Multifactor'.
  •  Once the ‘Reset Multifactor’ option is selected, a dialogue box will appear.
    • Select the resetting factors.
    • Click one of the options, ‘Reset Selected Features’, or ‘Reset All’. The user will need to be informed which option was selected.
