Reset MFA (2-Step Verification)

  1. Click on the 'Dashboard' tab.
    1. Go to the ‘Search’ field.
    2. Enter the user’s name or email address.

  1.  The user’s page will open.
    1. Click on the ‘Profile’ tab.
    2. Click the ‘More Actions’ button.

  3.  Select ‘Reset Multifactor’.

  1.  Once the ‘Reset Multifactor’ option is selected, a dialogue box will appear.
    1. Click one of the options, ‘Reset Selected Features’, or ‘Reset All’.
    2. The user will need to be informed which option was selected.

   5. Select which multifactor to reset. (Any authentication methods that were set up will now need to be set up again.)
