Adding a User Designation Number

A designation number is necessary in order to be able to view the U.S. donations that are processed through the U.S. donation system. The designation number is also necessary for international staff who receive donations through the U.S. donation system.

  1. To add a designation number to the user's Okta account:
    1. Click on the ‘Directory’ tab.
    2. Click on the People sub tab
    3. Go to the ‘Search’ field.
    4. Enter the user’s name or email address.
    5. Click on the name link.

  1. The user’s page will open on the screen.
    1. Click on the ‘Profile’ tab.
    2. Click on the ‘Edit’ button.

  1. Scroll down to the ‘US Designation Number’ field. 
    1. Enter the US designation number.
    2. Click the ‘Save’ button.
