I lost my device! What now?

If you've lost the device you used to set up Multi-Factor Authentication and cannot receive the Recovery SMS (text) messages contact us using the Contact link above (or the one below).

We may be able to temporarily reset your Multi-Factor Authentication so you can set it up on another device.

You'll need to provide sufficient proof that you are who you claim to be. We wouldn't make it trivial for hackers to access your account!

When its time to set up everything again, you may want to consider using Authy instead of Google Authenticator. Authy is a bit more technical to setup, but can be a significant help if you have multiple devices, or if you need to change devices again.
